Automobile
racing is
the
culmination of
balance and energy.
RYSE:
Tools for life, creates
the culmination of balance and energy.
Racing,
in any form, is all about balance and applied energy. We are
looking to get
the best balance of grip from all four tires. The suspension
balances the weight of the
vehicle, along with its changing weight transfer. The drive
train propels the vehicle
forward, and centrifugal forces are created by the car entering
and exiting corners.
The driver has to receive, and clearly intake, all of this
information from the machine,
thru all of his senses, at every moment of competition.
The
driver then takes all this incoming information, adds to that
the knowledge of
what the other vehicles around him are doing and his vehicle’s
relative physical
position on the track, and balances his response to the machine
with the right amount
of applied throttle, steering, and maybe brake, so as to keep
the machine balanced on
the very outer edge of losing its grip and yet still at its
greatest forward momentum.
(Wow…This is certainly a lot to comprehend and respond
to at the same time!)
Race
car drivers must be in there highest and clearest form, physically,
mentally, and
energetically, to be able to create and maintain the balance
of energy versus weight
and grip every time they get into a race car. Therefore the
drivers greatest tool must
be the ability to fully prepare themselves, on all levels,
for the work of driving.
Emotionally, physically, and energetically.
RYSE:
Tools for life, is a wonderfully effective means for a driver
to fully prepare
them self. RYSE is a set of techniques that center, heal,
balance and focus the entire
Being: providing the tools for all of life’s situations.
Unfortunately, as part of our
learning process, life seems to always be throwing negative
issues at us. With the use
of RYSE, we can clear these issues as they come up, instantly
transmuting them into
a positive healthy and supporting aspect of ourselves. As
a driver, utilizing the RYSE
techniques will enable him to be totally clear, balanced,
and focused solely on the job
of driving.
How's
your driver's energy today???
After
every event, your race car gets a thorough check up, right?
Of course it does.
The engine is tuned-up. The oil is changed and checked for
foreign matter. Tires are
checked for wear, flat-spots, density, etc. Every nut and
bolt is checked for tightness
and strength. Any body damage is repaired for optimum aerodynamics.
Maybe the
suspension set-up is changed for better performance at the
next track. In short,
everything that can be done is completed thoroughly, so your
racing equipment is
brought back to its highest level of readiness and balance.
What
is being done after (and even before) every event for your
team‘s personnel,
(driver, crew and all others) to bring them to there highest
levels of readiness and
balance? When the racing equipment is getting it’s tune-up
and overhaul, are the
people doing this always at there best? Does your team have
the “tools” at their
disposal to get them too, and keep them at, their highest
and best? Do they get a full
tune-up? Do they get checked and re-checked, brought to their
own perfect balance
and highest energy?
When
the teams personnel goes to check, or perform whatever their
assignment on the
car for the week is, are they fully in their highest, clearest,
most aligned and healthy
state of being? Or is it possible that they may be preoccupied
with something else
from life and not able to focus completely, in the moment,
on the task at hand?
Maybe these intrusions and issues of life just get buried
or hidden for the moment,
still causing underlying stress and strain.
Some
of life’s greatest lessons come in the form of negative,
or unhealthy
interactions with others. In a perfect situation we take in
everything we experience,
positive or negative, look at what it is and discern what
is ours to keep, or do about
it, in a healthy positive manner. Unfortunately, in real life,
we often get caught up in
our emotions, especially negative ones, and get confused (misaligned)
about the real
issue involved (commonly overlaying something from the past
onto the present) which
causes the situation to become a negative, thereby becoming
an energy drain.
The
moment before the tire guy goes ever the wall, does he utilize
a technique that
completely brings his consciousness into a state of clear
and full focus, thereby
releasing or resolving any and all stressful issues? Or
is it possible that some
negative issue he has experienced is on his mind, draining
energy and focus. Even
positive things can sometimes be an interruption of focus
if they don’t pertain to the
task at hand. With the knowledge of RYSE in his toolbox, a
crew member will be
able to easily release any negative or nonsupporting issues
and thoughts, thereby
instantly bringing him to his highest levels of health, energy,
and focus.
RYSE
will teach your entire team how to utilize all of the positive
aspects of
themselves that promote and create a winning attitude and
true team effort. Complete,
positive, and healthy team work is required by any organization
wanting to go to the
winners circle consistently.
